Surfboard CAD design
If you want to make yourself a board but never shaped, or you are a hand shaper looking to step into the future, we can help! We can sit down and design your perfect board in about an hour or have your handshape Digitally scanned.
​ Shape3D and AKUshaper have free basic software you can download and give it a go! We can then go over your design and transfer it to our Pro software to have it cut. Possibilities are endless!!
Surfboard Cutting
We offer production cutting for anyone looking for quick turn times, and great prices! Also one-offs and designers get the  same great service! Our brand new Shape3DM machine cuts your board to about a 95% finish...just a little finish sanding is all that's required to have a ready to glass board! 
Digital Scanning
​Have your favorite board scanned and a file created that will allow you to make any adjustment to it. Scanner does 1/2 of the board then flips that side for perfect symmetry! 
Finishing and Glassing
We have 2 fully equipped shaping rooms with all the tools needed. We also offer finishing assistance to those that have never shaped before. 
As a full service glass shop, we can glass your board as high end as you want, or just the basics! Either way, you are getting the finest quality materials and workmanship around!!
